Insurance Coverage

We are able to accept and directly bill:

• Auto insurance claims related to motor vehicle accidents (no referral required)

• Workers’ Compensation claims with appropriate referral or authorization

• Many commercial health insurance plans, depending on your insurance carrier and specific benefits

Because acupuncture coverage varies widely among insurance plans, we recommend confirming your benefits before your first appointment.

Insurance Verification

To verify your benefits, please email the following before your appointment:

• Front and back images of your insurance card

• Date of birth

You may also contact your insurance company directly to determine whether acupuncture services at Zero Distance Acupuncture & Ding Pelvic Health are covered under your plan.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be securely stored on file when scheduling an appointment.

Self-Pay Patients

For patients paying out of pocket, current fees and service rates are available through our online scheduling system.

Medicare Patients

​

At this time, we are unable to bill traditional Medicare-only plans for acupuncture services.

If you have a Medicare Advantage or supplemental plan, acupuncture coverage may be available depending on your specific benefits. Please contact your insurance company to verify your coverage.

Payment

Copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and self-pay fees are due at the time of service.
